At AdventureOhm we colloborate with retailers, therefore, return policies are specific to each individual seller. We are the curator of the brands and products listed on our website.

Variations in policies are influenced by factors such as the specific item you intend to purchase and the geographical locations of both the retailer and the delivery destination.  

When you select a product that you wish to purchase, you will be taken directly to the third party AdventureOhm merchant (the "AdventureOhm Partner") website and asked to provide further personal details, which include your billing and delivery address, and payment card details.

AdventureOhm does not stock any items. All orders are fulfilled by the retailer who will arrange the shipping, delivery, and returns. They will also handle tracking, exchanges, and refunds.

Refund Policies

Not all refund policies for retailers are the same. Refund policies are specific to individual retailers and can vary depending on the item purchased. Before purchasing from a specific retailer we recommend you familiarize yourself with the specific refund policies of the retailer from whom you are deciding to make a purchase with. 

What is the time frame of when I will receive my refund after the retailer receives my return?

Once the retailer receives and processes your return, you can expect to receive your refund within 1-4 business days assuming your item is in brand new condition and has not been used.
